What are your payment methods?
You can pay securely by credit card, debit card or EFT/Money Transfer.
What is the delivery time of the order?
All orders are processed the next day after you place your order and are delivered to cargo within 3 business days at the latest. Since our products are handmade, there is a production process.
Which cargo company do you work with?
Your order is sent by MNG cargo. Shipping costs are covered by us.
Where can I track my order progress?
After logging in to your membership, you can view your orders from our website in my account.
You can follow up from the "My Orders" section in the "My Orders" section.
How can I order?
You can order from our site without becoming a member. You can add the product to your cart by going to the page of the product you want to buy, selecting the color and size you like, and clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can then click on the "My Cart" tab, enter your payment information after the shipping and delivery information that the system will ask you, and place your order.
How can I cancel my order?
Our order cancellation period is within the first 12 hours. Since all of our products are handmade, our workshop will start working to start production after 12 hours.
What should I pay attention to when receiving the order?
If you think your order has been damaged during transportation/shipment, open and check it in front of the cargo officer you received it from. If there is any damage to the product you ordered, have the cargo officer draw up a report and do not accept the product.
I want to return/change my order, how do I do it?
If the product you ordered is a personalized product, returns and exchanges are not accepted because it is custom-made. If the product is not a personalized product, our legal return and exchange period is 14 days according to Consumer Rights. You can contact us via our e-mail address for returns and exchanges.
